All packages must be inspected prior to use and washing. All returns are subjected to final approval once received and inspected. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused & unwashed or a credit will not be issued. You can expect your credit within 4 weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a store credit beforehand, but an estimate of 4 weeks due to the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days) and product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your credit.
