We offer Free Ground Shipping to any address within the 48 Contiguous United States for orders totaling over $250, including Domestic PO Boxes and Military Bases (i.e. APO, FPO, etc.). A live shipping rate will be provided according to the weight, quantity, shipping method, and shipping location of your order. The estimated cost will be displayed during the checkout process; however, the accurate shipping rate will display after the necessary information has been provided. Any Customs, Duties, and brokerage fees will not be provided as we do not determine this amount since they are regulated by the destination country and charged at the time of receipt of the order. Expedited shipping options are also available and the rate will update accordingly when you select that shipping speed forms the shipping method field.
Transit times are the duration of time an order takes to be delivered from the time it ships. These times vary by shipping method.

Home City offers both Wholesale and Drop-shipping to all customers with our 24-hour online purchasing capability. Your business and your clients are important to us, we will always drop ship products to your customer in a timely manner (2-3 business days). Our Drop Ship Program offers many benefits to help you grow and expand your business.
We ship using UPS (our UPS shipping account is used for all shipments) and USPS Shipping Rates. These shipping costs will display on the checkout page before you submit your order. Shipping costs vary based on destination, weight, dimensions of the package(s), and shipping method.

The shipping fees will be calculated by a Home City Inc. Account Representative and will be added to the invoice before the order is processed and shipped. Customers will be informed via email or phone to approve and confirm the final invoice before shipping.

All returns must be initiated by email or phone. An RMA is required for each return. You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original contents included in the shipment. We must receive your returned items in our warehouse within 45 days of the delivery confirmation date. All packages must be inspected prior to use and washing. All returns are subjected to final approval once received and inspected.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused & unwashed or a credit will not be issued. You can expect your credit within 4 weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a store credit beforehand, but an estimate of 4 weeks due to a time required for return shipping (up to 14 days) and product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your credit.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN ERROR
All packages must be inspected prior to use/washing. Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. We need to be noticed immediately. Customers who receive shipments in error would be required to return the item immediately. Home City Inc. will issue the return label and mail, fax, or email it directly to the customer.
Shipment of the accurate item will be made upon the return of the incorrect item. Home City Inc. would be responsible for all re-shipping and return shipping fees. Manufacture defect claims are subject to inspection prior to approval and may take up to two business days. Discoloration, Washed/Used and/or misuse by the customer are not eligible for approval. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a credit/refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial credit/refund may be issued.
